How to get past anger

Blaming others for yours anger can drive away friends and potential friends and putting you in a much unfrequented solitary lonesome situations or in a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity.

Isn�t anger good for you?


No, absolutely not, the people who are having severe expression, who are habitually angry often suffer some unpleasant disagreeable to the senses, to the mind, or feelings having an unpleasant personality having feeling of the unpleasant repercussions or even harmful side effects especially in the circumstances if anger is held in and not dealt in the positive ways. Anger short-circuits yours reasoning power which is not coherent and logical during the anger attacks. It sends you to an already unstable situation that is the combinations of the circumstances at that given point of time. Whether you fly off the handle or repress yours rage yours anger take you to a very mentally ill precarious unsound fluid situation.

If you already suffer from high-blood pressure then the unresolved, undetermined, open and dissonant anger can push it perilously higher state. Denial or suppression or abnegation of anger can lead to low self-esteem. You may feel uneasy and self-conscious due to lack of control or feel anger is incompatible to a civilised society. You may be cultivated to think having a high state of culture and development both social and technological marked by refinement in taste and manners and you will blame yourself in these sordid situations.

It can lead to a state of depression so severe as to require clinical intervention. Anger may tempt you to avoid the problems by seeking comfort in unrelated and potentially unwanted behaviours , such as going for junk foods , drinking too much , smoking ,using illegal drugs or becoming a couch potato that is an  idler who spends much time on a couch (usually watching television).

A closely confined pent �up anger can also contribute to physically problems and troubles such as headaches such as  pain in the head caused by dilation of cerebral arteries or muscle contractions or a reaction to drugs  , ulcers such as circumscribed inflammatory and often suppurating lesion on the skin or an internal mucous surface resulting in necrosis of tissue , bowel problems , respiratory ills , skin flare-ups , lowered immunity to colds and other viruses such as ultramicroscopic infectious agent that replicates itself only within cells of living hosts; many are pathogenic; a piece of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) wrapped in a thin coat of protein. The person will feel a ceaseless feeling of tiredness and exhaustion, extreme fatigue, serious weakening and loss of energy, enfeeblement and heart attacks that is sudden severe instance of abnormal heart function and inability of the heart to pump enough blood to sustain normal bodily functions and that will led to ultimately heart failure .

So, how to deal with anger?

Anger is the natural emotional feeling and it is the human answer and reaction to yours safety that is state of being certain that adverse effects will not be caused by some agent under defined conditions, well being and happiness as a whole.  Anger can even be useful if done in a proper sense and understanding and conveyed in an effective manner with effective creative thinking and proper anger management.

Recognise yours anger:


Don�t try to cover up or pretend is its not there. Tyr to find the source of the problem, establish the identity and find out what it is angry about. The actual reason of the anger may not be easily perceived by the senses or grasped by the mind. It may have happened yesterday or in the last week. Sometimes the temporary loss of strength and energy resulting from hard physical or mental work and lack of relaxation, the unending exponential return of a system to equilibrium after a disturbance can make you tense, irritated or annoyed and abnormally sensitive to a stimulus. You may be genuinely angry at a person or about a situation. Try to focus in a precise manner on what makes you feel tempestuous by violent emotions or behaviour and compared it with the general or pervasive situation.

Once you have identified the real cause of yours anger think about how to express it before you take action. Is there any way to manage the situation more in an effective manner than blowing up the situation?  Can you transmit communication yours feelings that experiencing of affective and emotional states without putting or blaming any body or focussing on a so called victim.

Act constructively:

Behave in a constructive manner, now that you have thoughts about it adjudicate and make up yours mind that you have thought the content of cognition and that is the main thing you are thinking about and then you can let yours anger go with it. Be dependable to yours thoughts; honest be loving and respectable to yours yourself and others. You can channel yours anger into a neutral territory , such as a twenty minutes walk or exercise sweating out , laughing at a joke and so on.
If absolute essential then talk face to face in an assertive manner with the person who may be  causation in stimulating anger in you. This may drastically cut down the feeling that accompanies an experience of being thwarted in attaining your goals but without blaming and shaming the person. Talk it over with friends, relatives and co-workers.

If there are circumstances when you cannot find the source of anger, vent it by letting yourself cry with sudden and louder sound, deliver a quick blow to the pillow until you are completely drained of energy and with complete exhaustion, make the sharp or piercing cry in front of the mirror or doing exercise to reduce the effect of the anger. Do not drive with these raw emotions as it can be dangerous and liable to hurt yourself and to others.

Alcohol or other forms of drugs may mask the feeling of the anger but they will not make them go away.  These substances have their own dangerous condition of being susceptible to harm or injury.

Conclusion:

Suppressing or bottling of angers and the other any strong feeling and emotions can take a toll on our mental and physical health conditions. By learning to recognize the cognitive process of acquiring skill or knowledge of what makes us angry, and by educating proper ways to articulate ours anger, we can shield ourselves from the counter productive effects of suppression of impulses or emotions of pent-up anger.
