It must be noted, for the M.B.A. IV Semester research project, specially, the secondary data used should be relevant to the study and it should relate to not less than 5 to 10 years. In case of trend analysis or period analysis, data relating to the same period should be considered for all variables for e.g. if you are discussing about the growth of the company in the last 10 years say 1994 – 2004, then all the data analyzed for e.g. net value added, turnover, sales or employment should relate to the same period i.e. 1994 - 2004.
A deviation of one or two years here or there in a few variables may be accepted, but no substantial disparity of period is allowed.

The speech problem

The speech war continues with each and every bit of sound bytes that is reasoning from each of the appropriate absolute antonym or is it the really what we are saying to or is the air in between that is transcending the passage of speech to nothing but every bits and pieces of ultra generosity. The problem that can be compared with the parabolic hysteria of understanding can have very much unattended significance of later mechanisms and absolute paranoid of understanding that is making the entire process a difficult to manage and advance. The word is just blustering into motion and making the brain just not the understandable attendance and this is really making the life more and more not so good and perfect and that is why it is really must to listen but is it the way to manage the talk and attend it ?

The sound many a times seems to be that of not so tolerable attendance but can it be for sure the magic or any sort of physical attributes attended to it or is it the phenomena of intolerance that is going on and what can be the reason for it and how to solve this attendance and the impending problem to begin with it. The way the smarter it gets it is making the matter more badly and the reason behind it cannot be perceived it should be in accordance with some sort what can be of very intriguing and surprising phenomena which

no other can know or understand it. Can it be the source or something that cannot be held responsible for it or is it the manageable attendance to begin the performance of absolute paradigm of shift and the making of all in one perfect and honest interest that is making the entire absolute mechanics to it most widely attend able understanding of the speech and the mechanics of kinetics which is always the first and the foremost pyramid to make the words flow in the manner that should be following to its maximum and the attendance can be witch hunt but for sure the rage and the manner of provision  should be restricted .

How to control the word difference and the perceived difference which is different for both the listener and the speaker and many a times as we have seen there are many researches are there where we can get to know the real difference of talk is the space between listener and the speaker but in real term it is the as the researchers have been speaking and there are many sort of investigation and many others researches and many still going on in the large scale , as they have been talking about many sorts of the common environmental variables and the other environmental obstruction as well as artificial obstructions such as sound of siren or mill and how these can have the rippling effect the acoustic of science and how these are influencing these are the matters of great significance and we have been reading about these from the time immemorial. All these can have the simultaneous effect to obstruct the sound as all these have the environmental sounds and that is flowing through it and for this the real phenomena and the understanding of it is what matters the most.

The environmental variable to the sound is also the real sounds and the sound is fighting with the sounds and it is making some sort of devastating rippling dissonance and the main sound or the collection of sound the speech what the speaker intended  for the listener also been conveyed in the similar and unobtrusive manner . That is why the main reason of the speech is never ever be understood by the listener and many a times that is the real worry and for this is the human languages has some sort of not so understanding phenomena and it is making the mater more worse than ever. Is it our language is not so strong to defend and remove the attack of the environmental variable and for this it s also making the situations not so terrific to begin with. Is our, means the languages of all over the world are not strong enough to sustain the sounds of the variables at the environmental settings and for this many discords and even not settlement of disputes is being going on for some time even between countries and that is making the whole matter more worse than even we think of it. Should we relook at our languages so that we can tend to send and receive the languages in the better and simpler manner and for this the better understanding of it is the matter which can be really we should be thinking of and should be dwelling with it. The what so ever cause and the action is being considered is to  be totally obscure and the manner of happening and the performance of the speech making must be adhered to and the way it is been going on is the matter of urgent importance and parametric significance.

As we have seen and also read in the phonetics class the most acting languages which we can believe is French as wile talking they are mostly animated with the hands been working like many of us tend to believe it and for this is it right that it is the most understood language that we can believe and make it to or is it the most dynamic language. During my school days one of my room mate is from French and tends to say English god but the only difference is that she was very animated and while at times we tend to meet each other during the week days and I always observe the hand movement and for this it is becoming easier for me to understand what she is intending to convey men and for this the matter becoming more and more interesting and is it the correct way of saying languages as with it we convey the acting and the languages and for this we tend to understand movies as these are the same sort of practices. Is it the way to go beyond or should we rethink on the approach to what we are talking about the languages and for this one more detailed article on this is possible where I should be talking about more so ever on the approach which are not being I think as per my knowledge never ever be talked about anywhere in the world about the disturbances of one of other factor while talking with each other and that cannot be ignored as the only hint for this is human is the rational animal and for this everything disturbances form any side could migrate and transcend the languages further.

Tips to succeed in a management career

If a student is lucid about his management goal and works day in and day out to achieve this then one can achieve more even at the middle level management graduates school.

Introduction:

There was a time when the pursuing the management degree was a rarity and those who pursuit feels the once in the while the Blackberry ways. The time has changed and many waters flown through the Ganges. Now, the pursuit of management degree has become a normal matter. So, slowly the management qualification has become a normal and common qualification and that left many career aspirants to find and think is it the way to go ahead as it is becoming similar and no unique to show in yours curriculum vitae. In India it is a general thought process among the candidates that management degree is a must if you want to pursue yours career with corporate and with management degrees it is like yours probation period but under the circumstances it seems this is not he right way to think and go ahead with and in this write up I will be writing about my thoughts on the current management trends and development. Due to cooperates jobs are many and paid well for this demand of management schools has been growing ever and due to this thought process students are going to attend the management careers thinking about joining the corporate in then later stages. That is why the decision to join the management courses and hence later on too corporate should be done with a stable mind and this process must undergone through ones mental aptitude analysis and realising their interests. Some times people attract tom management courses as to acquire the status symbol and for this elaborate understanding of the concept of management is the need of the hour.

Make yours own evaluation:

Many a time we as the reasonable personality tends to analyse the other persons attitude and their mental brilliance and in this process forgetting the moral point of valuing oneself as this can led to further analyse yourself and find yours goal and to reach the goal. It is always advisable to complete yours master degree in general education and then you think for any of the professional courses like this one as you have completed yours normal stream and this is now time to jump to more speedier option that can catalyst yours career . You should consult a career consultant after completing yours post graduation in yours subject as this would make yours career path more vertical to success with their professional advice. MBA is a consortium program it is better to find out which MBA stream is suiting you the best and for this it is a great way to go for some of the best career counselling and find out which one you will be comfortable with if you get the job in that department, analyses the trends and find out the best amongst you so that in the process while you are in the job later on in yours career it will be suitable for you to cope with the pressure of conditions. So, this is the time of yours self- evaluation.

Full time MBA or part time MBA or Executive MBA:

If you are fresh from yours post graduation or from graduation to say the least, it is better to go for two year full time management program that will give you more outlook and exposure to the corporate works and their trends and the progress. You can gain many more fundamentals by studying the full time management programme but still before attaining the programme it is better to have a good grasp on accounting, statistics, mathematics operational management and other strategic thoughts on various subjects, and it is better to get in on with all the fundamental before joining the management school as this would pacify yours thoughts and make you smart in joining and attaining the classes. Part time management programme is for three years and it highly recommended for persons with minimum three to five years of qualified experience in nay of the professional or financial job sectors. Full time MBA programme has two years of duration. It is always advisable to attend such MBA programme which is recognised duly certified by University Grant Commission. Before joining any of the management program or this means that you will have to invest money, in terms of study loans or else form any other from yours savings, so it is vital to analyse the financial prospects before joining any of the management program. Do not go by the mere ranking mechanisms and do not fall through the ranking race, try to study the management program and also discuss with the reliable former students of the respective management school to gather more about this institute. In recent time there has been some trends of growing of management institutions as few have stated one year management programme , but thee are not generally recognised as university but is being approved by many corporate so a meticulous study of how to get  into which business schools needs to be taken and then devise yours career.

ittech007

Selecting the correct institute:

In India as per the estimates and statistical reports there are more than four thousand management institutes sprouting all around India and each day more new university of management are adding to these lists universities. There are known high ranked and prominent business schools are there and they are well known and apart form these there are medium level management schools and first you should examine whether these schools are adhering to the UGC and AICTE parameters and whether they are recognised by these nations bodies as this would give you the safety net as government is recognised this institution and this will have some solace of joining to the school. Do not go by the advertisements and viral , it is better to go to the respective management websites and look for their faculties and quality of study and interact with the former alumni and you can surely find out the better results from these. Students can think of the reputed brand that is leading to the some of the business schools and they can fill the vacant seats there also if they are chosen.

Work experience factor:

It is true that the work experience factor is prime and it is important but the source of work and the valid works, that I to say suppose you have work experience of managing workers in the filed level but you are pursuing MBA at the system level, this will not be the valid work experience for some of the corporate. It is better to go for management studies and then to the job as these makes the continuity or in some other cases it may be great to go after two years experience in the job arena these can be dilute but if desiring these two years, you are connected to yours study in some way or the other then it can be a boon for you. This all goes down to the wires where the connection to the studies is must even if you re at the academics or at the job. Some times many students do not want to give up job for many reasons and for this are late in pursing the career in management.

How to find the goals in yours management programme:

It is true that , when you enter into the management studies , passing out is a must but in between these years what you want to achieve is of utmost importance and the way you want to gather the knowledge and making it more and more practical that suits yours needs and attention and that will boost yours career into further modifying the thoughts into some very wonderful ideas and that can pacify yours career in the longer run and that is what you need the most. During the two years of management course students should pursue their studies with deep interest and study as much as books as possible so much so that in the later part of yours career it will boost yours imagination and work ethics tremendously and do not try to leave these two years as it is other wise yours career will be a failing option in then later part of the time. IN this way you can set up the right fundamentals and also this in the long run build yours career for the betterment of yours jobs. You should go for every co-curricular activities, extra curricular activities and that will help immensely in constructing and developing yours career and built yours right and unique personality.

ittech008

Conclusion:

If you are doing the executive management programme then the campus recruitment part will not bother you but in case of permanent management programme a campus recruitment is the testify of yours recruiting career and with it you can achieve immensely. You do not have to go else where to find the suitable jobs for you as the campuses will be filled with recruiters, companies will visit to the campuses in viewing of their needs and wants so do not be sad if you are not selected as you have not been lesser than all it may be you are not suitable for their requiting of jobs and try it for more and more time. All management schools including the tip notch one will promise that companies will reach at you at the end of yours studies but no one will guarantee that you will be getting the job, it is you which should try and to get the and find the suitable job for you so it is you who will be the master of yours career. UN fortunately most of the management school studies seem to be a common commodities and the qualification factor is not important fort hem that is why it all goes to the individual persons to acquire the much required knowledge and again yours participation through various fundamentals and develop them in between. If a student is lucid about his management goal and works day in and day out to achieve this then one can achieve more even at the middle level management graduates school. So, in short a student has no competition except himself.

FUND FLOW ANALYSIS

Meaning –The most commonly accepted meaning of the term fund is the working capital of the business which denotes excess of current assets over current liability.

There will be a flow of fund in case the working capital position of the company changes on account of any transaction.

Example -I- The company realizes Rs20000/- from its debtors. The transaction will reduce the debtors from Rs80000 to 60000 but increase the cash balance from the present balance of Rs 20000 to Rs40000. Thus the total current assets continue at the old figure of Rs 30000 . This means this transaction will not bring any change in the working capital of the company. It is simply a conversion of current assets in to another current asset.

Thus there is no flow of fund.

Example-II- The company sells its building having a book value of Rs50000 at sum of Rs 60000. This transaction will cash balance with the company from Rs20000 to Rs80000.The total current assets will be increased by Rs60000. Thus the transaction has brought a change in working capital position .

From the above, the following general rules can be formed –

1) There will be flow of fund if a transaction involves-

i) Current assets & fixed assets .eg. purchase of building for cash.

ii) Current assets and capital eg. Issue of share for cash

iii) Current assets and fixed liability.,eg. Redemption of debenture for cash.

iv) Current liability & fixed liability eg. Creditors paid up in debentures.

v) Current liability & capital eg. Creditors paid of in shares.

vi) Current liability and fixed assets. eg: Building transferred to creditors in satisfaction of their claims.

There will be no flow of funds if a transaction involves –

i) Current asset and current liability eg. Payment made to creditors.

ii) Fixed asset and fixed liability eg. Building purchased and payment made in creditors

iii) Fixed asset and capital eg. Building purchased and payment made in shares.

JAN 13

Cash Flow Analysis Vs Fund Flow Analysis

1) It is concerned only with the change in cash position.

1) It is concerned with the change in working capital position between two balance sheet dates.

2) A cash flow statement is mere a record of cash receipt and disbursement. Of course it is valuable in its own ways but it fails to bring to light many important changes involving the disposition of sources.

2) While studying the short term solvency of a business one is interested not only in cash balance but also in the assets which can be converted in to cash. This information is available in the fund flow statement.

3) It is more useful to the management as a tool of financial analysis in short period as compared to funds flow anlysis. It has rightly been said that shorter the period covered by the analysis, greater is the importance of cash flow analysis.

3) If it is to be found out whether the business can meet its obligations maturing after 10years from now, a good estimate can be made about firm’s capacity to meet its long term obligations if change in working capital on account of operation are observed.

4) Cash is apart of working capital and therefore an improvement of cash position results in improvement in the fund position, but the reverse is not true.

Inflow of cash result in inflow of funds but inflow of funds may not necessarily result in inflow of cash. Thus a sound fund position does not necessarily mean a sound cash position but a sound cash position generally mean a sound fund position.

Some people use the term fund in a very narrow sense of cash only . In such a event the two terms fund and cash will have synonymous meaning. For All You Blogs

Interpersonal Behavioral Symptoms in Workplaces

Here are some examples of interpersonal covert performances. Communication problems results from interpersonal difficulties, resisting another person to perform freely is part of communication problems.
Business depends on the group effort and the group effort depends on the interpersonal behavioral symptoms in workplaces. A manager can deal with a lot of personnel individually many a times but there is some sort of problematic situations when he is dealing with the group of people in his organizations. When people get together he has the difficulties in dealing with them. So, these are the problems regarding the communications difficulties, disciplinary problems or the human relations troubles. So, the real cause lie somewhere, it is among the interpersonal levels. When there is the meeting two levels of communications occur one is overt and the other is covert communications. Overt is what we see and observe and the covert deals with attention, status, control, influence and the warmth and the likings.
In these situations covert performances takes the leading role, and makes the players leading to unusual roles and makes the situations more and more subtle. So, the productivity factor is influenced by the covert factors and this leads to assumptions that covert factors are more important and it is run by the preconceived notions and multiplies with some fear and the positional advantages in the long runs.  So, if this environment happens then it is advised to ignore these situations for better and healthier interpersonal relationships. These covert performances may override the group activities and group productivity will be lower. These interpersonal difficulties and the relationships most of the times is very difficult to arrive at thus in the long run the crux of the problem cannot be arrived at.
Here are some examples of interpersonal covert performances. Communication problems results from interpersonal difficulties, resisting another person to perform freely is part of communication problems. A person may be confused ,cannot follow the set up guidelines , no clear set up rules can lead to a person to a communication problematic situations. Misleading or misrepresentation of facts can lead to a personnel similar sort of situations. In these circumstances make valid interpersonal communications and these can remove the interpersonal trouble.
So, in short these behaviors are all part and parcel of human feelings and acts so it is better to understand and observe these in view of the speaker’s perspective so that these incidents will not happen again and again. These problems can make loss of motivation at work place, so it is of paramount importance to observe these hidden factors and try to manage and correct these parameters in the long run so that these will not affect the organizations in the long run and thus in this way you can prevent loss of productivity and loss of personnel’s motivations for the organization.
