The trouble arising out of pet dog out in the open

This is a peculiar problem and am sure it must be the same for many of use who are experiencing this peculiar but dangerous problem that has been going on and the basic of this problem is that people do have pet dogs and they stay at home and in many counties there has been the similar trends that is going on and it is perhaps legal in those countries to have pet dog in their disposal at home. It is not matter of great concern to have this at home but the situation aggravated when these dogs has been ventured out in the open by their owners to have call of nature and in this manner three has been several problems with it and that needs to be discussed here and it seems all has been some sort of grave situation when you will read about it, at the end of this write up you will know better about it and with due course of time it is absolutely clear that there should be some sort of good law and backed by  government of the day activism so that all these laws can be implicate and obeyed by those citizens who  have dogs in their home and they used to walk with them out in the open and why this should be done the details will be written here in the middle of the article.

The trouble arising out of pet dog out in the open:

It is absolutely no problem to have pet dog in your house hold as per scientific understanding the mind of dogs and man is  about ninety percentages similar and it is for sure absolutely that the dogs used to stay loyal with humans and some poets and writers also fully emphasized the fact that the way dog becomes loyal it is evident form the fact that they are more loyal than your own children , if it is true or false it is a separate matter of discussion but it also true that they are being more loyal than any other animals and for this matter it is of absolute understanding why house holds love the dog and want to keep in their house holds so much so that they always feel at home with them and many a times they use to treat them as their own family members by taking care of them more than anything and also used to care like more of costly dog foods , medical care and other cares and so on. These may be sounding some sort of loft analogy but it is also true that some human do love dogs and they do not have any objections if they stay at home. They why this article is some sort of generating the negative connotations against the dogs? This article does care about dogs but care more about humans. There are many reasons why the people do want to have dogs in their house holds as if their house is big and in some sort of locality where there is less home and there are chances that your neighbor is far away from your home and this means that in that situation you are alone with your family members , and for this the most significant part is the security and of course you do install the security systems and other related modern equipments but that does not make it the factor any more the most important and the visible understanding is how to make feel safe and for this purpose only you go for the metal satisfaction and also you can envision the security in action with the advent and advance of dogs who are being domesticated and also big dogs and they are very loyal and they can even give their life I order to save you so for this purpose only you pet dogs.

In this way at each and every moment you will feel at home in terms of security parameters and with each passing moments you will see that you body guard is there always with you, and those are the pet dogs and for this your ambition and the sense of security augmented. Then at some other situations, if you are rich and affluent and want to show this to all of yours , there are many ways you can show your richness to others so that they can have the jealously imparted for you and one is to show many buildings and other related structures , and on one of the more way is to have wonderful and costly pets at your disposal and when you venture out in the open , yours dogs will be out with you and that will be the show of strength of yours , this can be the show of mighty and this will encourage to have more and more dogs at your disposal. There are many types and kinds and the situations where you want   to have dogs at your disposal for the domestic safety and the problem then lies is being considered grave when you or your lieutenant goes out in the open , to have with your dogs and that is not annoying or the jealous in the making the most significant part here is that of course it is your right  to have dogs out in the open but similarly there are also some sort of duties of yours towards  the society that they  do not harm the person who are out  in the open for some work.


Why dogs should not be in the streets:

First I shall be stressing the point of the pet dogs and they should not be out in the open as they pose the serious danger to trespassers and the people who are in the road by walk. They pose the serious problems to bystanders and the person who goes into the road through walk, the real problem lies with the psychology of dogs. Dogs are  rational animals just like the humans and they want to stay in the group they will never go alone and they stay at one of the congenial group and for this the real parameters and the understandings of it that if you keep a pet dog at your home then the problem lies with it that they can be more violent towards the other person when they are out in the open with you, even if they are chained, they pose the most voltaic situations to other persons as pet dogs stay alone or with one or more animals at home and they really miss the part that is of their society and with it the real parameters and the basic understanding of it is that they want  to stay at the society, they cannot harm their owners as they are very loyal but when they come out in the open they think many persons as their enemies and if they have not bee controlled , and this does means that they should be controlled by chain and the chain holders must be  strong enough to control it , as when seeing the outsiders at outside the pet dogs many a time got violent enough so that they can pull the owners with the chain and with it they can forcefully bite the persons who are just crossing the line , people are harmless at this case and in this situations they have been mercilessly attacked by the dogs for no reason at all and this is not good.

In many situations the pet dogs is being kept out in the open by their owners and they will be out in the open and without their owner and not chained and they will do their call of nature out side and also can be uncontrolled, and there are instances when at vegetable markets there are pet dogs , and the owners of the dog set them free so that they can be outside for some time , this can be good but it is not good in any sense as many a times they attacks the innocent humans who are out in the open to shop the vegetable for their family and they have been very dangerously attacked by the dogs in their legs and hips and these are very worrying signs and the owner of the dog must be reprimanded for these grave act of set them free and then do not watch them while the pet dogs are outside. These dogs bites are more or less very dangerous and many a times are fatal and this can be very bad for the society and also how the owners of these pets are setting them free as the domesticate animals are always been from the mind set has been very bad to all the others persons except their family members and for this the real trend and also other related understanding are that of all the others pose  threat and that is why when they are outside and that without their owner and  not chained then they at many a times they pick some one and hold them responsible and see the enemy inside them and then they attack them with some sort of gruesome manner and those at some times are being deadly and this can have the possibilities of mortal combat situations. Think of it the pet owners and this is the time to think about the more and more possible situations and they should now better   go for and have thought about the persons who are traveling outside and they must be thinking about them as with each and every person their lies a family and also their family is being awaiting them eagerly so much so that it is also  duty and responsibility for them to be vigil and control the aggression being meted out by their pet dogs.

How to curb naxalism

There should be a national will by the governments of centre and the Naxal affected states to fight against continuous violence and abductions by Naxalites or other armed groups. There should be a unitary policy without delay by the centre against the horrendous case of kidnappings by Naxalites and it is now becoming a habit for them and it is high time centre with the consultations of states should create one uniform policy. India is a vast country but the constitution of India must be abided by all the groups and naxals and they should not resort to violence. They are killing security persons and other tribal if they are not being supported. It is high time every political party must raise their arm against the atrocities created by Naxals and also the genocide they are making at fat and wide of India where for years the administrations failed to reach but that should not be the argument for Naxalites to kill and destroy the administration and making the India state a hostage. Through out the world Communism is almost finished but here in the distant part of India this seems to be the order and the way they are doing violence on innocent citizens cannot be tolerated. Who has given them right to kill a person this is atrocious they can not say that state administration and police are doing this but they also be protected by court but here the Naxalites are making mayhem and mockery of system and everywhere it is the same story the abductions, kidnapping, ransom and gruesome murder.

India government at centre and states affected by Naxalism should learn their first lesson from recent two events involving Odisha MLA Hikaka and Bastar Sukma collector Menon. The tragedy is that both the person named above has been doing the people services and returning from their job and they are abducted by the gun point for reason best known to the Naxalites. HIkaka does not reveal his security persons identity and that is why they are freed but with Menon the security persons has been killed with throat silted , is this the way the civilization live. The killing of this grue some act, and the pain at which that security person must have get before dying can it be imagined by Naxalites. India should consider Naxalite as the murders and brought back to the court to be tried under Indian judicial system. Killing of innocent civilians by the traitors such as Naxalites can not be tolerated and this must be buzz word of centre and state. Are we becoming soft and only doing the word wars, it is high time to act , Naxal have been making high profile abductions and continues to do so and releasing their colleagues and this is high time to have a correct and appropriate abduction policy so that whenever from now these kidnappings happen all the state or centre will adhere to such law parameters. It also seems that Naxals are losing ground and they are trying hard to be popular around the world by kidnapping high profiles, it is high time provincial governments should consider advancing and wiping out these traitors from land of high mineral resources.

Maoists are controlling some territories of seven states and now they are getting the arms, the million dollars is where they are getting these and how they are operating, who is backing them is there any influential persona behind this. These need to be going to the root cause of the problem and by reaching at the solutions you can get enough derivatives to solve this. It is true that government has been absent from these areas for many years and mainly due to these are tribal lands and need to be preserved from outside invasion. But now the Maoists and Naxalites are taking this as their opportunities and making most out of it and taking the tribal in their side, these are very minuscule number of tribal who are supporting them and making the worst of all things and worry factor for India state. What is the root cause of these problems? While I was stating at Nabarangpur in the early part of this century, I was there for three years and ours domestic help was a tribal named Laxmi and she was very devoted to work and honest. One day she said to my mother, that Laxmi father joined Naxal. Mummy asked why Laxmi, yours father joined Naxal, as her father was selling the handia(Tribal Liquer) to people now with Naxal. Laxmi said her father wants dress, meat and handia(Tribal Liquer) each day and due to poverty he cannot afford and that is why he joind Naxal and they are giving them these all days of the week. This is the story why the innocent and poor tribal are joining the Maoist. They are not joining them to make the revolution and create a state against the Indian state but they are simply joining to get food, dress and handia(Tribal Liquer). This is story of thousands of tribal who are joining Maoism and making the murder the order of the day to day life. Then , mummy called Laxmi�s father and talk to him , and then mummy gave him the job of driver , and he left Maoism and stay cool and believe in Indian state and now he is enjoying life even after we have left Nabarangpur and he is now driving the bus and earning money. Whenever he came to Bhubaneswar he used to meet us and thanks us for saving his life, he is happy and cheerful as ever. This story can be learnt by state governments and central government and know what is the root cause of this.

The root cause is the poverty and if government can reach at their place by breaking all the obstacles and then apprise them with various government welfare measures by not fighting what is for centre projects and what is for state , make the unified face and then it can fight this Naxalism with strong hand.  It is the poverty which drives poor tribal to this and try to break that part as Naxal can not compete with wealth of Indina and try to give more funds to tribal and make them more and more opposite to Naxal and then with their support attack Naxal and kill them at battle field , do not compromise and take to them as it is the battle within the state and the India state can not oblige to the mere concept of Naxalism which is dead one and ninety nine percentage of world population rejected it so it is high time to act and succeed. Find good talents from tribals and make them the adequate traing to play for hockley and for India fast bowling option and you never know one day they can bowl nearer to one hundred fifty kilo metres per hour at a fist pace. Make them go to scholl by bringing the cult of education and with quota and reservation for them they can get decent job and make the world happier just like the legislator Hikaka. Naxal trying hard to isolate the tribals so that they can control them , they are taking them to the age of middle ages by destroying mobile towers, schools everything and this is high time India state should act , the guys at the centre and at the states must realize this is  time to destroy Naxals from its roots so that it will not be reviving again and again. Naxal are parasites and they should be uprooted and also the person who is supporting Naxals must be taken house arrest as it is getting me pain to see that Naxal supporter are being invited to television chat shows and they are getting more and more time to talk and making their nuisances. The electronic media must adhere that these supporters of Naxals must not be advertised. It is time to take hard decision and live with by that decision to save India and make our future more and brighter and happier.

Weird problems

Domestic help is important for every house hold those who can afford to pay for it. They clean the house, wash the clothes, and do the daily cleansing and previous pending works. Most of the house holds depends upon them for their daily work. In Puri in most of the houses domestic help used to do various home works like that of cleansing of utilities, For the last two years their wages now been on the rise and it is on the higher side in each year sometimes they increase the wages in the month of October and sometimes they increase the wages in the month of January in the new year. Now days the number of domestic helps in the decline due to some positive government policies. There lots of money to earn from various positive government policies and for this now the trend is changing. They are now getting more than two hundred days of earning opportunities apart from other earning from various government welfare measures. This adds to the problem for various house holds. Due to the scarcity of domestic helps , there salary is on the rise and they are also now more ad more demanding and also their work standards is on the decline. They are now working at more than sixteen houses and this is obvious as how could they manage the house holds by going to various far and wide places of Puri town and the standard of work I on the decline. Every homes priority is for cleaning and for all the essential works is done by the domestic help but with increase in time the duration of the work is on the decline and the standard of the work is one the decline.

Sometimes there behaviors are also rude and if you say some rude words or some mild rude words they will complain about everything. Now it seems that this being the most worrying factor. How to get rid of it? As the more you increase the wages of the domestic help they tend to reduce the work loads and try to finish the work in a hurry. The house holds works seems to be a difficult task and how it is to be solved and how easily it can be done and finished. What should be the problem no one can solve it? As the government can not solve it as it is doing the welfare works and that too it is also extending to richer people through Adhar cards and other welfare measures. Now the next problem I to find the persons who plucks the coconut from trees. Now the new generation of coconut pucker s has been evading from their earlier possessions. Now their new generations not doing these coconut plucking professions and for this there is strenuous lack of these coconut pluckers. Now their fathers has been doing this profession and for this serious lack of coconut pluckers and all the house holds having the coconut trees is feeling the brunt of it.
